The Program aims to contribute to the attainment of the goal of providing potable water to the entire country and the targets defined in the Philippine Development Plan 2011-2016, Millennium Development Goals (MDG), and the Philippine Water Supply Sector Roadmap and the Philippine Sustainable Sanitation Roadmap. It is designed to provide water supply systems for waterless municipalities and intend to enhance/improve local capacities of the LGUs/Water Supply Service providers in planning, implementation and operation and management of water supply facilities in a sustainable manner. This program is being implemented in the identified 455 waterless municipalities with low water service coverage, high incidence of water-borne related diseases and high poverty incidence as identified by NAPC using the National Housing Targeting System (NHTS)-Poverty Reduction of DSWD.

Assistance to Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) Program seeks to equitably assist all municipalities in the delivery of basic services by providing financial subsidy to municipalities for the implementation of their priority programs and projects

Assists LGUs in the implementation of water supply and other local infrastructure projects that the people themselves and their cities and municipalities identified through the Local Poverty Reduction Action Plan (LPRAP). It is the people and the LGUs, not the national government agencies, that select – neither the latter choose/change – which projects are to be funded and implemented

DILG established the RAY-DILG fund to assist in the reconstruction of the totally-damaged and repair of the partially-damaged LGU-owned and managed facilities with due considerations on Build Back Better (BBB) designs to make them become disaster-resilient public infrastructures.

Conditional Matching Grant to Provinces for Road and Bridge Repair, Rehabilitation, and Improvement, a partnership program between the Department of the Interior and Local Government and the Department of Budget and Management, is a governance reform program that supports Provinces in the sustainable development and management of local roads, and improvement of national-local road connectivity across the country.

The Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan (PAMANA) Program is the National Government's (NG) convergence program and framework for peace and development interventions for isolated, hard-to-reach, conflict-affected/conflict-vulnerable communities.

5% of the Motor Vehicle Users Charge (MVUC) apportioned to provincial and city governments in accordance with the vehicle population and size of the road network under their respective jurisdictions used exclusively for maintenance of local roads, traffic management and provision of road safety devices.

The BEA Fund aims to facilitate the recovery and return to normalcy of local government operations, delivery of basic services, and economic activities in the LGUs affected by the 7.2 magnitude earthquake that happened on the early morning of 15 October 2013 with epicenter at 6 kilometers S 24⁰ W of the Municipality of Sagbayan.
